The 100/10 Focus: True Momentum. Fixed Fee.
One of the distinct advantages of our boutique setup is low operating overhead—and we pass those savings straight to your job site. On qualifying builds, we manage your project using a transparent 100/10 Framework: 100% project momentum for a 10% fixed management fee.
100% Momentum: We intentionally cap our active projects to one signature architectural build at a time so your home gets prioritized, consistent daily production. As a hands on, site based builder, we directly lead and manage daily workflow. This active oversight minimizes scheduling conflicts, enforces strict quality control, and keeps your build moving efficiently through every phase.
10% Fixed Fee: Our management fee is calculated as 10% of the projected budget and locked in as a set dollar amount for the agreed scope of work. While you pay the raw, actual costs of materials and trades as the build progresses, our fee stays completely unchanged by market fluctuations. We refuse to profit off inflation or rising industry costs, ensuring our only incentive is to manage your project honestly and efficiently.
Raised in Summerland, Brayden Fair and his family’s roots go deep in the local communities they serve. Parents who have carved out a strong reputation in the coffee business and grandparents who supplied the Penticton area with concrete for over 2 decades means he understands the privilege it is to live and work in the Okanagan. He continues to call Summerland home with his young family and enjoys all this beautiful valley has to offer.
With a Red Seal in Carpentry, and a Project Management Certificate, Brayden thrives on the finer details of construction. He is just as comfortable with his tool belt on as he is diving into project spreadsheets and fresh blueprints, or meeting his clients for coffee.
