After (most of) the smoke had finally cleared from the Bald Range Fire of 2026, the vast majority of the people of Summerland returned to their homes and gradually resumed life as normal. However, some were not so fortunate and suffered devastating losses to their homes, businesses, and other important structures. Our love for this community runs deep, and we extend our heartfelt condolences to those located in Faulder, Garnett Valley, Meadow Valley, Prairie Valley, Main town and beyond. If you are a Summerland resident who experienced loss from the wildfire, we are here to help—whether building new, renovating existing structures, or restoring exterior decks, sheds, shops, and more. We will be prioritizing our fellow Summerlanders in scheduling and availability in the days and years ahead.
